Refund policy

Returns may be requested within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the item is unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was received.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used beauty, personal care, hair care, lash products, and hair extensions cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide your order number along with clear photos of the item and packaging.

Once an approved return is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for eligible returns unless the return is due to an error by DKIVA.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been processed or shipped may not be cancelled.
